Market StationThe rejuvenation of the River Market in Kansas City, MO continues, fed by increasing demand for walkable urban landscapes. Market Station Apartments, a 323-unit complex at 240 W. Second St., is setting the table for a new housing dynamic and a shift from urban life back to the city. Developed by Houston-based The Morgan Group Inc., Market Station is the largest new construction project erected in Downtown Kansas City since Quality Hill in 1984.
